1. The service
Fal Day is a mobile entertainment app offering cosmic mini games with an astrology and night-sky theme: 10 mini games, daily challenges, leaderboards, My Notebook (records and journal) and an assistant. The sky and zodiac elements in the games are a visual theme. Astrology-themed text content that may be offered in some versions of the app is prepared automatically from Fal Day's own text library and your inputs; it is for entertainment only and has no scientific basis.
2. Age limit
The app is intended for users aged 13 and over. Do not use it if you are under 13. A 13-year age limit is enforced when you enter your date of birth.
3. Your account
No email or phone number is needed to create an account; the app creates an anonymous account on your device. This means your account is tied to your device.
If you change your phone or delete the app, your credits and records may be lost. To prevent this, secure your account with Apple from the Profile tab — it is free and takes a single tap.
4. Credits
- Each game round costs 1 credit; the cost of a round is shown on the Start button before it begins. Credits may also be used for other credit-based content in the app
- Credits can be bought as one-time credit packs, or earned through the free daily gift, invites or optional rewarded ads
- While Premium is active, game rounds cost no credits
- Credits are not money, cannot be converted to cash and cannot be transferred
- When an account is deleted, any remaining credits are deleted as well and are not refunded
- If content you were charged for cannot be delivered due to a technical error, your credit is refunded automatically
- Abusing benefits such as the free daily credit or invite rewards through multiple accounts or fake requests is prohibited
5. Games, leaderboards and fair use
- The games in the app are for entertainment only
- Game rounds are started with credits; the credit cost of a round (1 credit) is shown before the round starts. Daily challenges also cost credits; in a daily challenge everyone plays the same puzzle that day
- The games are not gambling or betting; no money or prizes can be won in the games
- Scores, streaks and badges are in-game indicators only; they have no monetary value and cannot be converted to cash or transferred
- Your game rounds (game, mode, score, duration, date) are recorded on our server and used for each game's leaderboards (all time, this week, daily challenge). Each leaderboard lists the top 100 players, and the top 10 are shown with a crown. On leaderboards and in the Champions section of the Discover screen, a shortened form of your name (first name and last-name initial) and your profile photo or an avatar made of your initials are shown to other users; you can turn this off in Profile → Privacy & data and appear as “Hidden player”. - Some game indicators, such as streaks and badges, are stored on your device; they may be lost if you delete the app or change your phone
- Fair play: you must play the games yourself and within the normal operation of the app. Scores that appear to have been obtained through cheating, automation tools, modifying the app or its requests, or exploiting bugs, or that are found suspicious by automated checks, may be kept off the leaderboards, removed from them or voided. Influencing leaderboards with multiple accounts is also prohibited; repeated violations may lead to account closure
- If the name or profile photo shown for you on a leaderboard is inappropriate, misleading, offensive or infringes someone else's rights, your account's visibility on the leaderboards may be restricted or shown as "Hidden player"
- Leaderboard positions, scores and badges such as crowns do not give rise to any prize, right or monetary value
6. Subscription
- The Premium subscription can be purchased weekly, monthly or yearly
- The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period
- To stop renewal, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the period
- Cancel via: iPhone Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions
- The charge is taken from your Apple account 24 hours before the end of the period
- If there is a trial period and you make a purchase, the remaining portion of the trial is forfeited
- While Premium is active, game rounds are free and no ads are shown
7. Refunds
Purchases are made through Apple; refunds are also handled by Apple. We have no authority to issue refunds. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
8. Prohibited use
- Uploading someone else's photo without their permission (including as a profile photo)
- Using an inappropriate, misleading or offensive name or photo that is shown on leaderboards
- Reverse-engineering, modifying or automating the app
- Trying to earn credits by generating fake requests
- Trying to generate harmful content about third parties
Accounts that violate these rules may be closed without warning, and any remaining credits are not refunded.
9. Ownership of content
The notes you write in My Notebook and the text content prepared for you belong to you; you may share them however you like. The design, code, games, game artwork and brand elements of the app belong to Fal Day.
10. Continuity of service
We strive to provide the service without interruption but do not guarantee it. Maintenance, technical failures or third-party service outages may occur.
11. Changes to the terms
These terms may change. In case of a significant change you will be informed from within the app. Continuing to use the app means you accept the new terms.
