Fal Day is an entertainment app made up of cosmic mini games with an astrology and night-sky theme. Stars, planets, galaxies and zodiac elements in the games are purely a visual theme; they make no prediction or claim about real events.
The games are not games of chance, betting or gambling. No money, prizes or anything of monetary value can be won in the games.
The app is intended for users aged 13 and over.
In-app purchases
Fal Day is free to download. Some features require in-app purchases:
- Credits: each game round costs 1 credit; the cost of a round is shown on the Start button before it begins. You can also earn credits through the free daily gift, invites and optional rewarded ads. Credit packs are one-time purchases
- Premium: an auto-renewing weekly, monthly or yearly subscription. While Premium is active, game rounds cost no credits and no ads are shown. The subscription renews automatically unless it is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; manage or cancel it in iPhone Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions
- Payments and refunds are handled by Apple. Credits are not money, cannot be converted to cash and cannot be transferred
- Users under 18 should get permission from a parent or guardian before making a purchase. On iPhone, in-app purchases can be restricted with Screen Time and Family Sharing's Ask to Buy
Age limit
The app is intended for users aged 13 and over. If the date of birth entered during onboarding is under 13, the profile is not saved. We recommend that users aged 13–18 use the app with the knowledge of a parent or guardian.
Leaderboards and fair play
- Each game's all-time, weekly and daily-challenge leaderboards list the top 100 players; the top 10 are shown with a crown. The Champions section on the Discover screen shows each game's number one and the star of the day
- Leaderboards are in-game indicators; ranks, scores and crowns do not give rise to any prize, right or monetary value
- Cheating, automation tools, modifying the app or its requests, exploiting bugs or influencing leaderboards with multiple accounts is prohibited
- Unusually high scores or unrealistically short durations are automatically flagged as suspicious and kept off the leaderboards. Scores that break the rules may be removed or voided; repeated violations may lead to account closure
What others see on the leaderboards
When you make it onto a leaderboard, other players see: your first name and the initial of your last name (e.g. “Yusuf G.”; if you have not entered a name, a player name such as “Player #1234”), your profile photo or, if you have not uploaded one, an avatar made of your initials, your score and the date of that score. Your full name, birth details and other profile information are never shown.
If you do not want this, turn off Profile → Privacy & data → “Show my name and photo on leaderboards”: your rank is kept and you appear as “Hidden player”. Names or photos that are inappropriate, misleading or infringe someone else's rights may be hidden on the leaderboards. See the Privacy Policy for details.
Healthy play
The games contain bright light effects and fast-moving visuals. If you have photosensitive epilepsy or a similar condition, consult your doctor before playing. We recommend taking breaks during long sessions.
Ads and third-party services
In free use, ads may be shown through Google AdMob; advertisers are responsible for the content of their ads. Watching rewarded ads is optional. Premium members see no ads.
Limitation of liability
Fal Day provides the service “as is” and does not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fal Day cannot be held responsible for loss of scores, streaks or leaderboard positions caused by maintenance, technical failures or third-party service outages. None of the content in the app is a substitute for medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.
Reporting and contact
If you see an inappropriate player name or photo, a score you believe was obtained by cheating, or any other issue, let us know via the support page or at info@falday.com. Every report is reviewed.
